How To Ship Your Hearing Aid
To send your hearing aid(s) for repair, follow these steps:
- Securely package the hearing aid(s) in a crush-proof box. For extra safety, place them inside a pill or vitamin bottle, cushioned with tissue.
- Complete and print the hearing aid repair form. Once submitted, you will receive a printable page with your information.
- Include the printed form in your package. If you’re unable to print, clearly write your contact details on a piece of paper.
- Include a recent audiogram if you’re having the hearing aids reprogrammed, or an ear impression if you’re getting the casing replaced.
